スコットランド議会（スコットランドぎかい、英語: Scottish Parliament、スコットランド・ゲール語: Pàrlamaid na h-Alba、スコットランド語: The Scots Pairliament）[2][3][4]は、スコットランドの首都エディンバラのホーリールードに置かれた、スコットランドの内政権を委譲された一院制の立法府である。非公式にホーリールード[5]と呼ばれ、民主的に選出された129名のスコットランド議会議員で構成されている。議員は任期4年で、小選挙区比例代表連用制により選出される。73人が地理的に区分された選挙区から小選挙区制で選出され、さらにそれぞれ7人の議員を選出する8つの地区から比例代表制で合計56人を選出する[6]。最近の総選挙は2021年5月6日に実施され、スコットランド国民党が過半数を獲得した。
