ジョージ・レイモンド・リチャード・マーティン（George Raymond Richard Martin、1948年9月20日 - ）は、アメリカ合衆国のSF作家、ファンタジー作家、編集者、テレビプロデューサー、脚本家。ニュージャージー州ベイヨン生まれ。ノースウェスタン大学卒業。SF作家としてはジョン・ヴァーリイやマイクル・ビショップ、ヴォンダ・マッキンタイアらと同じく70年代に気を吐いた「レイバー・デイ・グループ[注 1]」の一員に数えられる。
