サミュエル・ディーン・ロウズ (Samuel Deane "Sam" Lowes[1], 1990年9月14日 - ) は、イギリス出身のオートバイレーサー。Moto2の2021年シーズンはマーク・VDS・レーシング・チームから参戦する。スーパーバイク世界選手権に参戦するアレックス・ロウズは双子の兄弟である。
