英国の首都ロンドンの中心部西寄りにある行政区。インナーロンドンを構成するロンドン特別区の一つ。ロンドン自然史博物館、ビクトリアアンドアルバート美術館、インペリアルカレッジなど、博物館や大学が多い。

ケンジントン・アンド・チェルシー王室特別区（ケンジントン・アンド・チェルシーおうしつとくべつく、英: Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea、しばしばRBKCと略称する）は、イングランドのロンドン中心部の西寄りに位置する、王室特別区 (Royal borough) の地位を有するロンドン特別区の一つである。区の面積がロンドン自治区の中で最も小さく、人口密度はイズリントン区に次いでロンドンで2番目に高い。
