アブー・ハニーファ

アブー・ハニーファ（Abū Ḥanīfa、699年9月5日頃 - 767年6月14日）は、スンナ派のムスリムの神学者、法学者である[5]。後に、スンナ派四大法学派の1つ、ハナフィー法学派の名祖となった[5]。
- ^ カーディー・クダート（al-qadi al-qudat、アル＝カーディー＝ル＝クダート）。「裁判官（カーディー）の中の裁判官」を意味する。後に、カリフ・ハールーン・ラシードの代には、アブー・ハニーファの高弟アブー・ユースフがこの役職に就いた。
