マシュマロ実験

マシュマロ実験（マシュマロじっけん）、またはマシュマロ・テストとは、子ども時代の自制心と、将来の社会的成果の関連性を調査した著名な実験。スタンフォード大学の心理学者・ウォルター・ミシェルが1960年代後半から1970年代前半にかけて実施した。
