パクリチニブ

パクリチニブ (Pacritinib, INN[1])は、骨髄線維症治療薬として開発が進められている 環状ヤヌスキナーゼ阻害剤である。主にヤヌスキナーゼ2 (JAK2)を阻害する。臨床第III相試験が2013年に行われた[2]。
