ヨーゼフ・“ゼップ”・ブラッター（Joseph "Sepp" Blatter[注釈 1], 1936年3月10日 - ）は、1998年から2015年まで国際サッカー連盟 (FIFA) の第8代会長を務めたスイスのサッカー経営者。2015年FIFA汚職事件への関与から、FIFA活動への参加を6年間禁じられている。
