スヴァールバル諸島（スヴァールバルしょとう、Svalbard ノルウェー語発音: [²svɑːlbɑr] ( 音声ファイル)、[ˈsvɑːlbɑːr] SVAHL-bar^[3]^{[注釈 1]}）は、北極圏にあるノルウェー領の群島。北極海のヨーロッパ寄りに位置し（北緯74°–81°、東経10°–35°）、東はバレンツ海、西にあるグリーンランドとの間はフラム海峡、南西はグリーンランド海、南東はノルウェー海に囲まれている。

^ スヴァールバル諸島の1925年以前の呼称はスピッツベルゲン。欧文綴りはSpitsbergen または Spitzbergen。
^ スヴァールバル法（英語版、1925年7月17日発効）に従い立憲君主国家内に存在する行政権の委譲（英語版）を受けた地方行政区画である。
^ これら旧ソビエト連邦の2国のみ記述する。歴史的にも現在もスバールヴァル最大の居住者数、労働力を占めるため。
