ジョン・ウォーフィールド・ジョンストン（英: John Warfield Johnston、1818年9月9日 - 1889年2月27日）は、アメリカ合衆国バージニア州アビンドン出身の弁護士、政治家である。バージニア州上院議員を務め、南北戦争後にバージニア州がアメリカ合衆国に再加盟したときに、バージニア州選出アメリカ合衆国上院議員となり13年間務めた。国政では民主党に属した。
