グランドストランド

グランドストランド（英: Grand Strand）は、アメリカ合衆国サウスカロライナ州の東部、大西洋岸のリトルリバー（国勢調査指定地域、CDP）からジョージタウン市まで伸びる大きな海浜の帯である。実質的に切れ目のない60マイル (97 km) 以上の円弧状の海浜であり、リトル川に始まり、ウィニヤ湾で終わる[1]。グランドストランドという名称はその海浜のある帯状の地域を指しても使われ、マートルビーチ大都市圏と呼ばれるその地域人口は2010年国勢調査で329,449 人だった。
