カナダ料理（カナダりょうり）は、地域により幅広い相違がある。カナダの元首相ジョー・クラークは、次のように述べた。「カナダには料理の中でも最高の料理がある。それは様々な料理をごった煮にしたのではなく、寄せ集めたものである。」[1]
