2010年のロードレース世界選手権は、FIM ロードレース世界選手権の第62回大会となる。MotoGPクラスではホルヘ・ロレンソ、新規開始のMoto2クラスではトニ・エリアス、125ccクラスではマルク・マルケスと、グランプリ史上初めてスペイン人ライダーが全クラスでチャンピオンとなった^[1]。
