キメラ抗原受容体（キメラこうげんじゅようたい、英: Chimeric antigen receptor; 略称: CAR、キメラ免疫受容体、キメラT細胞受容体、人工的T細胞受容体）は、遺伝子編集(ゲノム編集)を行うことで工学的につくられた人工の受容体である[1]。
