アイアン郡（英: Iron County）は、アメリカ合衆国ミズーリ州の南東部、リード（鉛）・ベルト地域に位置する郡である。2010年国勢調査での人口は10,630人であり、2000年の10,697人から0.6％減少した[1]。郡庁所在地はアイアントン市（人口1,460人[2]）であり、同郡で人口最大の都市でもある。アイアン郡は1857年2月17日に設立され、郡名は郡内に鉄鉱石が豊富にあったことから名付けられた。
