Remi could prosper in changing of Garde

Former Arsenal midfielder Remi Garde could be on his way back to the club as part of a major restructure in the wake of David Dein's sudden exit.
Garde, 41, is the assistant manager at French champions Lyon.

His contract runs out in the summer and reports in France claim he has already opened talks with Arsenal officials about a director of football role, which would include many of Dein's duties.
Dein was forced out of his job as vice-chairman last month, leaving Arsene Wenger without his trusted ally in the boardroom.

The Arsenal manager is in charge of recruiting a replacement.
The club are to confirm their plans after the season and last night said they were yet to make a decision on a director of football.
