According to the New York Post, former four division world champion Adrien Broner is still being pursued for a judgement of $206,858 that he owes a Las Vegas waitress who successfully sued him for broadcasting their sex tape, according to court papers.

Andrea Reyes filed a judgment to secure her money, in Brooklyn Supreme Court, ahead of Broner’s fight later tonight against Mikey Garcia at the Barclays Center. If he doesn't pay, she plans to go after Broner in whichever city he fights next.

“We’ll just keep chasing him,” Reyes’ lawyer, Kevin Hansen, told The Post.

Reyes was working at M&M Soul Food Cafe in Las Vegas when she met Broner in 2013. The two dated and somewhere down the line had a taped threesome with a Texas stripper. Broner had promised that their taped footage would remain private.

It wasn't long before the video hit the internet and then Reyes filed a lawsuit.

In one of his more infamous comments, Broner told the court that he never intentionally posted the footage and claimed that he lost his "hoe phone" - which held the video file.

The case went to a trial and a Nevada jury awarded Reyes $135,000 for pain and suffering, $40,000 for lost wages, and more in fees and interest.

“She’s frustrated,” attorney Hansen, said. “When you win a judgment, you win a piece of paper that says someone owes you money, and that’s kind of what it’s worth.”

The boxer is no stranger when it comes to dealing with legal issues. Back in April, his SUV was riddled with bullets after an alleged argument at a Cincinnati bar. He was arrested by Kentucky cops on an open warrant for disorderly conduct and public intoxication.
