季節性情動障害

季節性情動障害（きせつせいじょうどうしょうがい、英: seasonal affective disorder; SAD）、季節性感情障害とは、うつ病のサブタイプの一つで、ある季節にのみ、体のだるさや疲れやすさ、気分の落ち込みなどの症状が出る気分障害。冬季うつ病 (winter depression)[1]、季節性うつ病（seasonal depression）ともいう。
