ヘロイン

ヘロイン（英: Heroin）とは、バイエル社から販売されていたオピオイド系の鎮痛剤のひとつで、アヘンに含まれるモルヒネから作られる半合成オピオイドである。[3]一般名はジアモルヒネ、化学的には、3,6-ジアセチルモルヒネ[4]と呼ばれる。いわゆる強オピオイドに該当するが、副作用がある為に現在では医療用に利用されることは稀である。一方いくつかの国で出産時や心臓発作などの痛みを緩和したり、オピオイド置換治療に使用されている[5][6][7]。
