サイケデリック・ミュージック(英: psychedelic music)、サイケデリア(英: psychedelia)[1]は、ポピュラー・ミュージックのジャンルの一種。この中にはサイケデリック・ポップ、サイケデリック・ロック(アシッド・ロックとも)、サイケデリック・ソウル、サイケデリック・ラップ、サイケデリックなハウス、トランスなども含まれる。サイケデリック・ミュージックの要素は、多くの音楽に現れる。
