グルタミンシンテターゼまたはグルタミン合成酵素 (グルタミンごうせいこうそ、Glutamine synthetase、GSEC 6.3.1.2[3]) は、窒素代謝に必須の役割を果たす酵素で、グルタミン酸アンモニア縮合によってグルタミンを合成する反応を触媒する。
