A generation of new K-pop girl groups continue coming out stronger than ever as EVERGLOW become the latest act to make a splash with their debut single.
The freshly debuted, six-member group under the Beijing-based Yuehua Entertainment sees their first single “Bon Bon Chocolat” enter high on the charts, starting at No. 5 on Billboard‘s World Digital Song Sales chart to be the week’s highest new entry. The tasty electro-pop cut sold 1,000 downloads in the week ending March 21, according to Nielsen Music. The song also had 944,000 U.S. streams for its first week out.
With a Top 5 start, EVERGLOW makes an extremely strong first showing on World Digital Songs. Of all girl-group debut singles, EVERGLOW has the sixth-highest chart position, so far, trailing only behind big names like BLACKPINK, ITZY, Red Velvet, (G)I-DLE and LOONA.
