Razer Inc. is shooting for a Hong Kong initial public offering that could value the gaming gear maker at as much as $5 billion and help fund development of its own mobile phone, people familiar with the matter said.

Razer Inc. is reportedly seeking to come up with an Initial Public Offering. Razer has reportedly submitted its listing application and is expected to get listed by the fourth quarter of 2017. If materialized, it will become the first e-sports concept stock in Hong Kong.
