The lights are on
We had a look at how Twitch will run on the PlayStation 4 today at Sony's event in New York City. While the interface looks familiar, it offers streamlined usability not before seen on consoles. If you've ever streamed from a console to Twitch and want to monitor the comments, you know you need to use a separate screen to watch the chat. Not anymore. The Twitch app on PlayStation 4 smartly places the chat feed on the right hand side of the screen. Not only can you see how many are watching and subscribed, but you can see everything being said about your performance right on your television. Additionally, if you have the PlayStation Camera, you can add that to the stream. When configuring your channel, you can toggle the camera on and off, use your microphone, and turn the chat panel off entirely. We're eager to see what our readers come up with as the PlayStation 4 enters the wild on Friday.

So ready for Ps4 and twitch capabilities.
For sure I'm getting the camera now...
I would hope it would be that way, because it only makes sense for it to be so.
I guess I'll be creating a Twitch channel.

good move going to twitch
I'm getting a camera at launch as this is my most anticipated feature.
So now GI's editors have almost no excuse now for someone to see what's actually going on in the chat besides messages from twenty minutes back?
I am beginning to consider purchasing a PS camera.
Any chance we'll be able to use a phone/tablet/PSvita second screen for Twitch chat monitoring and whatnot?
It's about to become even more difficult than it already is to get discovered on Twitch.
definately a smart move having chat on it ^^
