they can't all be lying. jbl seems like a bully and just a complete asshole. why doesn't vince fire his ass?

1) He's Vince's boy.

2) Hazing has long been accepted as a "ritual" of the biz. JBL's hardly the only one guilty of this sort of thing.
3) No one's suing, AFAIK, they're just airing stuff
4) When people like me were deserting the WWE during the championship reign of JBL, "The Wrestling God", Vince didn't take the strap off of him. He's certainly not going to do anything because of this little piffle.
