Abstract

There are some problems in the education world, especially two problems. One of them is the shift of students' preference from science and engineering course and the other is education by deviation value. Single-tracked education as Japanese one easily produces to give rise to the deviation, which is uniform value. On the other hand, multi-tracked education as German one has many kinds of values easily. In our country, junior high school students hardly choose technical high school, if they like science and engineering. After all, they can't help choosing general course, because the way for university is closed in essential. For these reasons, there is need to change single-tracked education to multi-tracked education for solving these problems. So I suggest that we have the institute of industrial technology.
