Boston Public Library (Rare Books Department) copy cataloged under call no. G.309.29 bound in early, brown calfskin panelled in blind. The spine has been rebacked at the BPL in brown morocco. The gift bookplate of Thomas Gaffield is present on the front pastedown. The initials "C.G." are present on the front flyleaf. The title page recto is signed "g:gery" in an early hand. The verso of the title page is signed, "M. Ganesborough[?]". A pencil inscription on the rear pastedown reads, "J.T. Fields[?]"
