Subject: Best of the decade 1920's
I'm on a mission to read all of the Pulitzer Prize winners for fiction.
In my opinion this was the best book of the winners in the 1920's.
Arrowsmith was a close second with the rest of the books that had won the prize lacking the character development.
This book has spurred me to read some of her other books once the Pulitzer mission has been completed.
