Microsoft has released a new cumulative update for Insiders with PCs on the Slow ring, bringing the build number to 14295.1004.
As with most cumulative updates, there are no new features and it focuses on bug fixes and performance enhancements. As Microsoft puts it, "This update includes improvements to enhance the functionality of Windows 10 Insider Preview (Build 14295)."
Of course, this update is only for PCs that are on the Slow ring, as Fast ring PCs are currently up to build 14316.
In fact, build 14295 was the first Redstone build to show up in the Slow ring. Many were unhappy with the quality of the build, so hopefully this update will help to alleviate some of the issues that people were having.
