Discover the facility that is setting the standards for your next event in Beaumont, Texas - Beaumont Civic Center - located on IH-10 between Houston and New Orleans. Whether you are putting together a concert tour, a convention, an exhibit show or a banquet, we are the ideal spot for you with our seating capacity of 6,500 or exhibit space for 188 10' x 10' booths. In the past, we have enjoyed working with concerts including Michael Bolton, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and Bill Cosby. Our dates have included Sesame Street Live, WWE, car shows, boat shows, national conventions and banquets featuring speakers ranging from President George Bush to General Colin Powell.
About Our Arena
Trade shows and exhibitions are comfortable in our arena containing exhibit space on the ground level of 29,300 square feet. An additional 12,000 square feet is available on the upper level. Reserved seating capacity for concerts is 6,500 with banquet seating for 2,000. The ground level will accommodate up to 188 10' x 10' booths exhibit booths. Each booth includes exhibit drapes in blue and white with one skirted table, two chairs, one 120 volt electrical outlet and a booth sign for a fee of $35.00. Additional tables, chairs, outlets and signs are available upon request. Another feature available is carpet for your booth. Our four dressing rooms are 17' x 22' and equipped with mirrors, showers and make-up counters. If you do not need dressing rooms, these rooms are great for storage areas.

Our facility makes load-in and load-out easy with full size loading areas and a ceiling clearance of 12' 6".

Our facility has a full service ticket office with computerized ticketing through Ticketmaster. Tickets can be purchased at the Civic Center Box Office or at one of the following ticket outlets:
Assistance with lighting, scenery, and rigging is available through IATSE Local 183 with professional in-house supervision to ensure technical excellence for your show. Our available equipment includes six Xenon Super Troupers®, SICO staging, personnel lift and an electrical forklift with 5,000 lb. capacity.
Let Us Cater to Your Needs
Complete catering and concession services of the highest quality are available through arrangements with the Treat America Food Services. We can provide hors d’oeuvres for a dozen or a seven course sit-down dinner for 2,000. Our catering staff can help you plan for your event’s food and beverage needs promptly and efficiently. You can choose from a variety of menus which have pleased our previous patrons, or coordinate a customized meal with our catering manager. Delicious food and beverage with first class service at an affordable price are standard in our facility.
House Staff
Event staff including ushers, ticket takers, and security are provided for an additional charge. The house services provide qualified, uniformed staff familiar with the facility and event requirements. Rates and staffing levels are available on request and arrangements can be made when reserving the building.
Parking
Approximately 850 parking spaces are available adjacent to the Civic Center Complex. A limited number of RV hookups are available.
