There will once again be terror that flaps in the night.

Disney’s “Darkwing Duck” is coming back to comic books and will be published through Joe Books starting in April, according to Nerdist.

Writer Aaron Sparrow and artist James Silvani, who both worked on Boom! Studio’s version of the comic book in 2011, will return as the main creative minds for the series,

TV Overmind and io9 initially reported that “Darkwing Duck” was returning to television but both acknowledged falling victim to an April Fool’s article from last year.

The popular television show, which was a spin off of “Ducktales,” aired on The Disney Channel and ABC from 1991 to 1992. The main character, Darkwing Duck, fought crime while the show playfully poked fun at classic superheros like Batman.

The show was nominated for outstanding animated program at the daytime Emmys in 1992 and 1993, but lost both times.
