Kylie Minogue was born and raised in Melbourne, Australia. Her birthday is May 28, 1968, and her height is 5'0". The pop icon got her start playing Charlene Mitchell on the popular Australian soap opera 'Neighbours' in 1986, and has appeared in nearly 350 episodes. Her debut album, 'Kylie,' was released in 1988, and peaked at No. 53 on the Billboard 200 the following year. "The Loco-Motion," the third single from her debut album, became her first Hot 100 hit, topping out at No. 3 in November 1988. Minogue has gone to land multiple albums on the Billboard 200, including 2001's 'Fever' (No. 3 peak) and 2010's 'Aphrodite' (No. 19 peak). "Can't Get You Out of My Head" off 'Fever' went on to become one of her biggest hits, reaching No. 7 on the Hot 100 and remaining on the tally for 20 weeks. She won her first Grammy in 2004 when "Come Into My World" took home the trophy for best dance recording.
