CHICAGO'S STREETCARS

Cars are listed in numerical order. Although the four separate companies actually owned the cars, all cars were painted in a common Chicago Surface Lines paint scheme, and there were no conflicting numbers among the four companies. Included are former numbers of certain predecessor streetcar companies: Chicago Union Traction Company (CUT), Calumet Electric Street Railway (CES), South Chicago City Railway (SCC), and Chicago & Southern Traction Co. (C&ST;).
