Hell-raising Welsh stunner Cerys Matthews reckons she deserves a part in the X Files - because she can see into the future.
The boozy, fun-loving Catatonia singer has just seen her band's sci-fi inspired single, Mulder & Scully, shoot into the charts at number three this week.
Gorgeous Cerys reckons that she would be an ideal subject for TV's FBI alien hunters to investigate.
But she would prefer to go out for a night on the town with Gazza and Chris Evans than meet X Files stars Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny.
Cerys, 25, said: "I used to go round thinking we were all doomed and that things were developing a lot faster than we could cope with.
``But now I have visions of the future and it's great. It started when I was really tired one night. Suddenly I'd begin to see these images.
"I don't know how it happened. I saw that we wouldn't have doctors anymore and that we will all have micro-chips in our fingers. …
