The execution of an unprescribed element in place of a prescribed
element must be considered as an omission plus an additional
deduction of 0.1-0.2 for an extra element should be taken.

The execution of an unprescribed element in place of a preescribed element must be considered as an omission plus an additional deduction of 0.1-0.2 for "an extra element" should be taken.
