Founded in 1991, id Software has provided technical, design and artistic leadership as a game developer and technology innovator. id Software's iconic brands such as DOOM and QUAKE have become staples of popular culture for generations of gamers. RAGE is the latest game from id Software, set for release in Fall 2011. Eagerly awaited by the gaming community, RAGE is already being touted as one of the industry's most innovative first-person shooters, winning numerous awards at E3 2010, including 'Best Overall Game of Show' from IGN and three 'Best of E3' Game Critics Awards including 'Best Console Game'.

Arkane Studios, with offices in Lyon, France and Austin, Texas, was founded in 1999 and has earned an enviable reputation for its distinctive games. Arkane's first title, Arx Fatalis, was released in 2002 and became a fan favorite with its highly detailed environments and innovative gameplay. In addition, Arkane developed Dark Messiah of Might and Magic (PC version), and has collaborated on a number of high profile game projects. Tango Gameworks, located in Tokyo, is the development shop founded and run by the legendary Shinji Mikami. Best known as the creator of the Resident Evil series, Mikami is a 20-year veteran of the industry who has developed numerous award-winning titles. Tango is dedicated to AAA multi-platform game development and has recruited some of Japan's most accomplished and experienced developers who created such notable game franchises as Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, and Final Fantasy. Tango is currently working on an unannounced title.

Established in Uppsala, Sweden by former founding members of Starbreeze Studios, MachineGames is working on an unannounced project that is being built on id Software's revolutionary id Tech® 5 engine technology.

ZeniMax Online Studios, the division established for the development and operation of massively multiplayer on-line games, is headquartered in Hunt Valley, Maryland, with a subsidiary customer service center in Galway, Ireland. Announcements regarding the work at this divison will be made in the coming months.

ZeniMax's growing library of intellectual properties includes such major franchises as The Elder Scrolls, Fallout, DOOM, QUAKE, Wolfenstein, Enemy Territory, RAGE and Prey.
