An ancient temple site which dated back to Ming Dynasty was discovered in Yuanan County of central China’s Hubei Province on July 10, 2015.

A stone turtle, stone tablet and pagoda were unearthed. According to Yichang cultural relics department, it was a site of Ming Dynasty. The pagoda was made of bluestone with sculpture, and was carved in 1490 (the 3rd year of emperor Hongzhi’s reign in Ming Dynasty).
