ユスティヌス2世（Justinus II, 520年 - 578年10月5日）（在位：565年 - 578年）。生年は510年頃とも。ラテン語: Iustinus Iunior ;ギリシャ語: Ἰουστῖνος Ioustînos 'Ioustînos' ）は565年から574年まで東ローマ皇帝、東ローマ帝国ユスティニアヌス朝の第3代皇帝。

彼はユスティニアヌス1世の甥であり、テオドラ皇后の姪であるソフィアの夫であったため、ユスティニアヌス王朝のメンバー。彼の治世は、サーサーン朝との戦争とイタリアの大部分の喪失によって特徴づけられローマのサンピエトロ寺院にユスティヌス2世の十字架を贈る。  

家族

彼はVigilantiaとDulcidio（またはDulcissimus）の息子であり、それぞれユスティニアヌスの姉妹と義理の兄弟。MarcellusとPraejectaソフィアと、彼には娘のアラビアと、おそらく若くして亡くなった息子のジャスタスがいた。彼にはヘレナという姪もいたとされる。
