ロックランド（英: Rockland）は、アメリカ合衆国メイン州南部のノックス郡に位置する市であり、同郡の郡庁所在地である[4]。2010年の国勢調査では人口7,297 人だった。ロックランドは人気のある観光地である。ペノブスコット湾のビナルヘイブン、ノースヘイブン、マティニカスなど島々に渡すメイン州フェリーサービスが発着する所である。
