絶縁ゲートバイポーラトランジスタ（ぜつえんゲートバイポーラトランジスタ、英: insulated-gate bipolar transistor、IGBT）は半導体素子のひとつで、金属酸化膜半導体電界効果トランジスタ（MOSFET）を主要部に組み込んだバイポーラトランジスタである。電力制御の用途で使用される。
