カス郡（英: Cass County）は、アメリカ合衆国ミシガン州ロウアー半島の南西部に位置する郡である。2010年国勢調査での人口は52,293人であり、2000年の51,104人から2.3%増加した[1]。郡庁所在地はカソポリス村（人口1,774人[2]）であり、同郡で人口最大の都市はダワジャック市（人口5,879人[3]）である。
