正義党（せいぎとう、英: Justice Party）は、アメリカ合衆国の第三政党の一つであった。2011年にユタ州ソルトレイクシティの元市長ロッキー・アンダーソン（Rocky Anderson）によって創設され、二大政党体制に対抗する進歩的な代替勢力を目指した[1]。2012年アメリカ合衆国大統領選挙に立候補した[2]。
概要
正義党は、経済的・社会的・環境的な正義を中心理念に掲げ、富の集中や企業による政治支配を是正することを目的とした[3]。 主な政策には、進歩的課税制度の導入、選挙資金改革、単一支払者型の公的医療制度、再生可能エネルギー推進などが含まれた[4]。 党は創設当初から「企業ではなく市民のための政治」を掲げ、既成政党への不満を持つ進歩派有権者を中心に支持を得た[5]。
沿革
2011年11月：ロッキー・アンダーソンらによって創立[6]。 2012年：大統領選挙にアンダーソンを候補として擁立。副大統領候補はルイス・J・ロドリゲス[7]。 2016年：党としての候補を擁立せず、進歩派連携を重視[8]。 2024年1月：関連団体「Justice Party, Inc.」が解散し、事実上活動を終了[9]。
