投資に関する包括的合意

投資に関する包括的合意（ Comprehensive Agreement on Investment、CAI ）は、中華人民共和国と欧州連合の間で検討されている投資協定である。包括的投資協定、EU中国包括的投資協定、中国EU包括的投資協定という呼び方もされる。2013年に提案された。2020年12月、欧州委員会は、欧州理事会の首脳によって原則として合意が締結され、欧州議会による批准を待つと発表したが [1]、2021年11月10日時点で署名されていない [2]。
