マイクロブルワリー (microbrewery)、ないし、クラフト・ブルワリー (craft brewery) は、小さな規模でビールを生産するブルワリー（ビール工場、ビール醸造所）であり、典型的な場合には、大企業であるビール製造会社の一つのビール工場よりも、規模が相当に小さく、独立した資本の所有の下にある。こうしたブルワリーは、一般的に、製品の品質、風味、醸造技術などに力を入れている[1][2]。
