ドリームガールズ（Dreamgirls）は、ヘンリー・クリーガー作曲、トム・アイン脚本および作詞によるブロードウェイ・ミュージカル。スプリームス、シュレルズ、ジェームス・ブラウン、ジャッキー・ウィルソンなどのR&Bアーティストのショー・ビジネスへの憧れから成功を基にし[1]、イリノイ州シカゴの若い女性たちによる「ザ・ドリームス」がスーパースターとなっていく過程を描いている。大半はアフリカ系アメリカ人によるパフォーマンスで、ソウル/R&B・レーベルとして知られるモータウンのダイアナ・ロスとスプリームスをモデルに描かれている。
