ケン・スター(Ken Starr)ことケネス・ウィンストン・スター（Kenneth Winston Starr、1946年7月21日 - 2022年9月13日）は、アメリカ合衆国の法律家である。アメリカ合衆国連邦判事や第39代アメリカ合衆国訟務長官を務めた。
