地理
セブ市はフィリピン中部の中部ビサヤ地方セブ州の都市で、南北に細長いセブ島の東海岸中央部に位置している。市域は315km2で、北東でマンダウエ市とコンソラシオン、西でトレド市とバランバン、Asturias、南でタリサイ市とミングラニラに接する。
また、マクタン海峡を挟んだ東にはマクタン島のラプ＝ラプ市が存在しており、そのさらに先にはボホール海峡を挟んでボホール島がある。
年間の平均気温は28℃で、1年を通して明確な雨季は存在しない[2]。
