コモンウェルス・オブ・ネイションズ（英語: Commonwealth of Nations）、通称：コモンウェルス（Commonwealth）^[3]は、イギリス帝国のほぼ全ての旧領土である56の加盟国から構成される国家連合^[4]。この組織の主な機関は、政府間の関係に焦点を当てたコモンウェルス事務局と、加盟国間の非政府関係に焦点を当てたコモンウェルス基金である^[5]。
