Preserving meat; food preparations.-Sausage meat, or other finely minced meat, is mixed with soya bean flour, forming a composition which is stated to have good keeping qualities. The flour is preferably made from beans from which the oil has been removed. The flour may be mixed with water, or with a meat broth to form a stiff pulp, which is boiled, cooled, and mixed with the meat.
