Not much in the way of changes versus the preliminary numbers, though Medium was adjusted down from a 1.2 adults 18-49 rating to a 1.1 rating.

Bye Bye Medium. Can’t complain. This show’s been on the bubble since season 4(?)
Medium dropped. I have a feeling that season 7 will be the last.
Prediction: in a couple minutes CBS will issue a press release stating it has just shut down production of Medium. I mean, come on, these are the numbers NBC canceled Outlaw with!
Gosh, Medium fall! I guess we won’t see it anymore in its time slot this January. Maybe CBS will move it to Saturday.
Medium has been off my radar for since season 2. Honestly there was a period where I didn’t even know it was still on the air (seasons 3 and 4). There needs to be new blood and Medium is a show that is just in the way.
@SJ
They have a lucrative syndication deal. Even if it’s doing poorly on network now, it’s not really in their interest to cut the order short. They are making their money already, Plus it’s been on for 7 years, it deserves a proper ending.
I suspect a move to Saturday and The Defenders to this spot come midseason and Criminal Minds 2
CBS did a big mistake canceling Ghost Whisperer. . . I liked Medium before but now it became a boring show…
They didn’t make a mistake wasn’t it 800,000 per episode with their deal with lifetime. The Ratings here just fill the budget
Cody, reported Medium syndication fee was $1.3 million/episode.
In A18-49, Smallville and Supernatural were the highest rated CW shows last week (though Vampire Diaries was a repeat). Still, that’s impressive, especially so considering that they are on a Friday.
So, theoretically, it could continue on Fridays for another season, and, even with these ratings, it’d still be worth its money. Nice position to be in, if you ever get that far…
I wouldn’t be surprised to see the rest of Season 7 and possibly a Season 8 on Saturday.
Wow, $1.3 million/episode of Medium?! That’s huge. I read somewhere CSI: Miami was bargain for only $1 million/episode. NCIS even lower than that.
In fairness to the show Medium is not “just” a procedural, like the CSI’s and NCIS’s seem to be. It does try to build many 2, 3 and 4 parters storylines within its seasons. It’s also the only(?) procedural on network that stars a woman. So that probably makes it a good candidate to be in syndication on lifetime.

So do the CSIs and NCISs
@Holly
Sorry, I forgot those 100 cliffhangers of CSI; Miami where Horatio is supposedly dead. I meant, good storylines.
It’s getting slammed by CW shows. It will end this May. I’m happy. 7 years is a great run and it’s been a bubble show for nearly every season since the 2nd. (Only the 4th season saw an uptick from the year before).
Even a good syndication deal can’t let them justify these numbers. It belongs at 10pm. I’m surprised they don’t move CSI: NY or BBloods to 8pm and Medium to 10 — it might help the night overall.
Even still, I’m sure the producers are well aware of what these numbers mean and are hopefully planning a fitting conclusion to this fantastic show.
@DSC,
I didn’t say they always did it well, only that they do it.
@DSC
CSI: NY does 2 or 3 parters every season, especially for November sweeps episodes. It also did 4 parters.
